the forks are on ebay at the moment, and have a reserve of 500 GBP, im not selling for less than that as thats how much i paid for them and ive only had them a day or two.
i cant sell just the lowers im afraid, but these forks are in spanking condition.

Said "Stick" on the swingarm isn't snapped or anything. It's a decent frame, though I'm looking into a 224.
